GLAMPING • Viljandi Folk Music Festival 2024
All the hotels fully booked? Friend’s couch as well? You want to be able to stand straight in your shelter and sleep in a bed? Here’s the solution – glamping!
Glamping, or luxury camping, offers you and your friends up to a 5-person large tent equipped with beds, blankets, linens, and lighting for the entire time of the festival. The glamping site is located in close proximity to the festival area, just a 5-10 minute walk away. This secured area includes 24-hour security, toilets, trash bins, access to clean tap water, the option to charge your phone at the reception, and purchase hot drinks. Shower facilities and a sauna are available at the Viljandi Sports Center (€1.50 per shower, €5 per sauna session). Parking has been arranged in front of the glamping site at Kaalu 4 parking lot, where one parking spot is reserved for each tent. Should you require additional parking spots, please contact us!
- Two-person glamping - 480 € (60 € a night for one person)
- Three-person glamping - 504 € (42 € a night for one person)
- Four-person glamping - 544 € (34 € a night for one person)
- Five-person glamping - 580 € (29 € a night for one person)
A transaction fee will be added to the prices.
One glamping tent includes:
Tent dimensions: a base diameter of 5 meters, a height of 3 meters, and a floor area of 19.6 m².
Floor carpets.
Beds, mattresses, blankets, pillows, and bed linen according to the number of sleeping places.
Towels (large and small) according to the number of sleeping places.
A table and two chairs.
A wooden box as a nightstand.
LED light source.
2 hangers for hanging clothes.
Two padlocks.
Additional bedding (blanket, pillow, bed linens) available if needed for €20.
The glamping ticket is exchanged for a wristband at the gate of the glam village. The glam village opens on Thursday, July 25 at 12:00 and closes on Monday, July 29 at 12:00.
Tickets are available at Piletikeskus until June 20th (inclusive) 2024 or as long as spots are available. Book now as availability is limited!
